> CNC Machine Operator - Second Shift

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with CNC Lathes and Swiss Turning machines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operates and adjusts multi-axis CNC (computer numerically controlled) machinery to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided and setups are maintained by others
  • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints with close tolerances
  • Ability to transfer metric to inches
  • Must have the ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0001)
  • Experience in utilizing all of the standard inspection tools in order to check your work
  • Conduct proper inspection of first piece run and in process parts
  • Experience working with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls

Physical Requirements:

  • Maximum lift is 50lbs
  • Position requires 8 hours of standing/walking

> CNC Set Up Operator - First Shift

Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the set up and operation of CNC Lathes and Swiss turning machines in order to run prototype jobs and production runs. Machines include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to set-up and prove out new programming and check own parts

  • Knowledge of cutting tool feeds, speeds, and tool life

> Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

As part of the Magnet-Schultz of America (MSA) team, the Marketing Coordinator develops, coordinates and executes marketing campaigns. He/She will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas, -concepts and -materials to ensure a consistent company message to the outside.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills and offers creativity to this position. Being motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and curious is part of a successful career as Marketing Coordinator at Magnet-Schultz of America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research and develop a solid understanding of current customers, products/applications, competitors and target accounts/industries.
  • Support the Sales and Engineering Departments in gathering, analyzing and applying the voice of the customer towards new product development.
  • Create presentations, social media content, MSA related graphics and analytical reports.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website content, respond to incoming customer inquiries and maintain MSA’s Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Responsible for development, publication and maintenance of print and electronic marketing materials and media assets related to MSA’s products.
  • Organize and attend trade shows.
  • Maintain company’s corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with parent company’s Marketing Department.
  • Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • Three (3) years marketing, business development and/or product manager experience
  • Three (3) years’ experience with market research and analysis with a proven ability to develop recommendations from data
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to clearly and efficiently communicate ideas, concepts, plans, in both oral and written form
  • Strong attention to detail and competent in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Able to manage multiple assignments at once and meet deadlines

Skills in the following software/programs are a plus:

  • Google AdWords
  • HubSpot
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC)
  • Prezi
  • SAP Business ByDesign
